Here, every piece is drawn, conceived, and crafted.
The Franco-German designer duo presents two collections a year and offers a fine leather goods line, crafted in Paris.
Dechamps' commitment to natural fabrics, primarily wool, honors the brands heritage of excellence in tailoring fabrics. All collections are made-to-order and produced in limited series.
History of dechamps

The name Dechamps originates from a Belgian textile family that moved to Aachen, Germany more than 150 years ago. As one of the first in the region, Dechamps used English spinning machines powered by water for the production of wool yarns. In 1872, the textile factory "Dechamps & Drouven" was founded by Paul Dechamps, the great-great-great-grandfather of Camil Krings. The mill specialized in producing high-quality suit fabrics and was run by Camil’s family for over a century.
Today, Mirja Hansen and Camil Krings are reviving Dechamps in a new form. Inspired by the textile heritage and archives, they have created a fashion brand with a focus on tailoring and a tribute to family history.

Camil Krings
Born in 1998 in France, he lives in Paris.
Passionate about tailoring, Camil perfected his techniques at Atelier Chardon Savard in Berlin. At the end of his studies, he worked as a junior designer for Celine in Paris.
Mirja Celine Hansen
Born in 1998 in Germany, she lives in Paris.
At Atelier Chardon Savard in Berlin, Mirja specialized in leather goods. After her studies, she worked in Paris on design projects, including Isabel Marant and Hermès petit h.
