1. Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • Certain items may be made-to-order. Production time is indicated on the product page.

  • We strive to process and fulfill orders within 3 business days to 2 months, depending on product availability and complexity.

International Orders

  • Import duties or customs fees may apply for international orders.

  • Dechamps is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your local customs office.

  • We recommend contacting your local customs office for details on potential charges.

Shipment Delivery

  • Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout.

  • Please ensure your shipping information is accurate and complete to avoid delivery issues.

  • Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Dechamps is not liable for packages lost or stolen after shipment.

  • For delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.


2. Return Policy

Timeframe

  • Products are eligible for exchange or return within 14 days from the date of reception.

Condition of the Product

  • The product must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received.

  • Items that are damaged, worn, soiled, or altered may be rejected and returned to the customer.

  • Made-to-measure, custom, or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of defects, damage during shipping, or errors on our part.

Packaging

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.


3. Return or Exchange Process

  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product.

  3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging.

  4. Ship the product to the address provided. A return shipping label will be sent to you in advance.

  5. Upon receiving and verifying the product, we will process the exchange.

  • Dechamps reserves the right to deny any return, exchange, or repair request that does not meet the above criteria.
